Made to order items and any garments with printing cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Sublimated garments require extra care as the ink sits on the surface. Excessive stretching may reveal white underneath. For lycra leggings, hot pants, and crop tops, we recommend sizing up to prevent overstretching.
Pilling is a natural reaction to friction on man-made fabrics, especially stretch sublimated materials. It may occur when in contact with rough surfaces like mats, grips, wooden floors, bag straps, or velcro, often affecting the back/bottom area, especially on dark fabrics. This is unavoidable due to the fabric’s nature, and Bspoke is not responsible for repairs or replacements.
Due to the delicate nature of the sublimation printing please avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
