Made to order items and any garments with printing cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Any faults must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. We will always try to resolve any issues that arise (within reasonable time).
Garment manufacturing defects will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Garments with manufacturing defects must be returned in a clean and unworn condition.
In the first instance please email any complaints to customersupport@allboogie.co.uk
Bspoke will review the details of the email to consider whether the garment needs to be returned for review.

Dance Schools are responsible for assisting with sizing and have the opportunity to order / trial samples.
Pilling is a natural reaction to friction on man-made fabrics, especially stretch sublimated materials. It may occur when in contact with rough surfaces like mats, grips, wooden floors, bag straps, or velcro, often affecting the back/bottom area, especially on dark fabrics. This is unavoidable due to the fabric’s nature, and Bspoke is not responsible for repairs or replacements.
Due to the delicate nature of the sublimation printing please avoid contact with abrasive surfaces.
Sublimated garments require extra care as the ink sits on the surface. Excessive stretching may reveal white underneath. For lycra leggings, hot pants, and crop tops, we recommend sizing up to prevent overstretching.
