Standard delivery for all Shades Dancewear orders has a dispatch time of 1-2 working days. Once received by Royal Mail, all orders are delivered using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48hr Delivery Service.

Please ensure you monitor your emails after placing an order to keep up to date with your parcel whereabouts.

Refund Policy

Shades Dancewear Returns and Refund Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a
return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or
unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at sales@shades-dancewear.com with your Name, Postcode,
Order Number and Reason for Return.
Once your request has been processed, please complete the form and enclose together with your
returned items in their original packaging and box by simply peeling the self-seal tape. You will then
be advised how it can then be returned.
Please note, we will not be able to process your return without you contacting us and completing the
enclosed form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will inspect the returned item(s) and
accordingly process your return request. Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving your
returned goods. This is in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations 2014. The account holder will
receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
At present, we do not offer gift receipts. If an item was received as a gift and the recipient would like
to return the item for a refund, the refund will be made to the original order payment method. An
email confirmation will be sent to the person who made the original purchase.
