All Boogie is the trading name of All Boogie Ltd. Any references to All Boogie Ltd will use the term ‘Boogie’, and any references to the website belonging to that company will use the term “Site”.
1. WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER
1.1 When you place an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate, and you have permission to provide them. You enter a contract with Boogie when you place an order. Payment will be taken when the order is processed, and the order will be completed as per your selected shipping method. You will receive an email confirming your order, with subsequent emails informing you of dispatch of your goods. Please check all details are correct, including ordered items and address details. Should you need to amend your order, please contact Customer Services on customersupport@allboogie.co.uk
1.2 To place an order through the site, you must be at least 18 years old.
PAYMENTS
1.3 Orders may be placed using a debit/credit card or with a registered ApplePay account and creating a secure account or checking out as a guest. We occasionally carry out random security checks. This is to ensure that no one uses your data without your consent or with a stolen or duplicated (cloned) card. In this instance, we will contact you to request the relevant documentation to proceed with your order. We thank you in advance for your understanding of this necessary procedure.
1.4 If you want to add additional items to your order after placing it, please contact Customer Services on customersupport@allboogie.co.uk (this is dependent on the status of your order). Unfortunately, if the order has been sent through to our warehouse, you would be required to place a new order through the website.
FOOTWEAR & CLOTHING
1.5 Many of our dance shoes come in either European or US sizes, which we convert into English UK sizing for your convenience. We will also show a conversion where possible. Please note the size you ordered may not match the size on the box, but it is the correct converted size. Please try on both shoes to ensure the correct fit. Please be advised that each style of shoe is unique, and their fit may vary, so it’s important to consider this while making your selection.
IMAGERY REPRESENTATION
1.6 The visuals presented are for representation purposes and may not be entirely accurate. Colours, precision and slight details may differ from the displayed images. For garments with rear views showcased in black, kindly refer to the colour title for verification.

1.7 If you are placing a bulk or large order over £400, please Contact Us to check if you are eligible to receive any discounts.
2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
2.1 We work hard to keep the ‘Site’ and store stock levels up to date. If an item(s) you have ordered is out of stock, we will place an order with our suppliers and ship it to you as soon as possible, with no additional shipping charges. The available items in your order will be shipped to you as normal.
2.2 Boogie reserves the right to reject or cancel any orders, in the event of:
a) Product out of stock / discontinued
b) Incorrect address / outside of delivery zone (please see delivery information for exclusions) Deliveries & Returns

4.1 Prices displayed will contain 20% VAT unless children’s clothing and footwear which will include 0% VAT. 4.2 All possible customs and import charges are payable by customers outside of Europe. It is not the responsibility of Boogie to calculate customs and import charges, but rather it is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about these charges in the delivery country

5.2 On the Site, prices are displayed at full retail cost including VAT. Discounts will be applied during checkout.

5.5 Your login details are strictly confidential. We do not have access to your password. If you want to change your password, please do so through the login page. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one through the login page. You have the responsibility to keep your information confidential. If you provide your account details to a third party who makes fraudulent use of it, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account. 6. ALL BOOGIE PRINT
6.1 The customer must approve artwork before printing. Where approved, any further changes may be charged accordingly. Boogie does not accept liability for errors, which are evident in any proof and not indicated by the client at the proof approval stage. Clients are liable for all relevant costs incurred in correcting such mistakes once the proof has been approved.
6.2 Vector graphics are created in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW or Inkscape. As they produce better end results, we prefer vector .EPS .AI or .CDR formats but can also use high-resolution jpegs, PDF, or other formats with at least a 300 DPI. All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Alternatively, please send a copy of the font used. * Please submit files with images of the actual size required.
6.3 Delivery times will always be advised upon order. We endeavour to ship all orders complete, but if an item is out of stock, we will send these separately at the earliest convenience. It’s important to remember not to leave your orders to the last minute, as printing larger orders can take more time.
6.4 Where we are printing garments supplied by the customer, we do not accept any risk.
6.5 Printed products are exempt from the standard returns policy. Faulty items will be repaired/replaced up to 180 days after. A discrepancy in sizing does not warrant a return.
WARRANTY POLICY
We offer a limited warranty on the following items. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your product is defective, please contact us within 6 months providing images of the potential fault so our customer care team can best assist you.

After 6 months, We will no longer accept responsibility for any defects in materials or workmanship due to the nature of footwear being a consumable item. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been worn beyond normal wear and tear.
Shoes are considered consumable items, and we cannot be held responsible for accelerated wear and tear caused by scratches, trips, or falls that may have resulted in damage to your product. It is advisable to apply suitable protection to your products to extend their lifespan. In cases where there is visible proof of premature wear beyond the expected level of normal use, you will need to demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of purchase. If evidence is provided showing a pre-existing fault before the purchase, we reserve the right to either issue a repair or provide credit.

FAULTY ITEMS AND FAIR USE
Where we suspect fraudulent activity and/or we notice unusual or suspicious activity with your account, we might have to withhold issuing a refund and block your account and any associated accounts.
Such activity includes but is not limited to: claims relating to orders not being received, items missing, ordering and frequently returning; unusual patterns of returns activity; where we suspect someone isn’t just trying their items on, but wearing them for longer periods, then returning them; or returning items worn/used and not matching what was originally ordered.
Please note: we reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don’t match what you ordered.
