About Us

This project has been a dream of mine for many years. Having been a dance school owner for 25 years and with multiple ventures within the industry, instilling confidence and coaching dancers to be the best versions of themselves has always been at the forefront of my work.

With the harsh reality that came with the pandemic, providing intuitive, positive guidance amongst the dance industry became even more important to me.

Within the UK, the arts have been impacted massively throughout the pandemic. The endurance of multiple lockdowns has taken its toll on the dance industry, and so this project has become so timely and heartfelt – I decided it was finally time to bring the idea of this project to life.

The Dance Life Reflection Cards and guidebook have been created as a tool to help those within the dance industry to become self-aware or further develop self-awareness through the guidance of reflection and channelling their energy to become the best version of themselves.

Although the cards include stunning illustrations of dance positions and movements, and the messages within the guidebook are linked to dance, this deck can be used by any person seeking guidance in their self-development practice.

The cards and guidebook are a perfect tool to help those who use them to tune into their intuition and help manifest abundance into their life.
